I know that both the stable and test versions happily co-exist on a computer.
Is there any way that our server could have BOTH running?
THAT would be very useful for testing with the test version.
we will be having examples of all three major sims running...........

Should be fine as long as you configure your router correctly. For example, have the stable version forwarding on 5000 and the test version forwarding on 7000. Then just let everyone know which port is which. They can bookmark both of them.
