It's not really a problem as such. It just means that you won't be able to create a network due to your router setup, but you will always be able to join other networks as normal.

If you want to investigate further you could try this:

1. Get your friend to create a network.
2. Join their network. (We know this works)
3. Get your friend to look at the menu, 'View|Network'.
4. In that window they will be able to see an entry for your JoinFS client.
5. In the 'Route' column they'll see your IP address, e.g. 10.20.30.40:6112. If the last number is not 6112 then your router is definitely not configured properly for port forwarding.

Good Morning Peter and Roo,

Thanks for hanging on there and your continued support. The web link explaining about the port forwarding and the most important 8 or so service ports did the trick. I am so over the moon that it now works and I can act as a "virtual host" for Sim Haven.

Please take a look at our forum and you are very very welcome to join as we are a friendly bunch trying to help each other through all our experiences and one of our many interests are making photo real scenery.
