version 1.4.15 and X-Plane

Hi Peter,

Something isn't working the way it was in 1.4.14 when using JoinFS with X-Plane.

I can't establish a connection from the program to the simulator. I have tried to re-install the X-Plane plugin from the program in case it changed, but that's made no difference.

The JoinFS monitor window just says "Looking for simulator..."
The X-Plane log file says (ignoring stuff that's not JoinFS): -

JoinFS: Listening for the client on port 7472.
JoinFS: did acquire plane.s
JoinFS: Client connected.
JoinFS: Client connected.
JoinFS: Client disconnected.
JoinFS: Client connection was dropped due to time out.

Running a packet sniffer (Wireshark) shows an initial packet of 15 bytes travelling from JoinFS port 7470 to X-Plane port 7472, and then loads of data coming back the other way - but no more traffic from 7470 to 7472.

Looking at network traffic on 1.4.14, there are regular 15 byte packets from JoinFS to X-Plane...

Hope that a) this isn't me, and b) that it's a simple one to fix!

Fixed now. Update to 1.4.16 and then re-install the X-Plane plugin from the JoinFS Settings.
