Houston, we have a problem
Hello, the world,
Several times a week, our French pilots fly by using JoinFS.
The used simulators are FSX, P3D (V3 & V4), X-Plane.
Two machines of our team have problems with JOINFS.
These machines are equipped with Windows 10, P3DV4 and X-Plane.
P3DV4 works fine with JOINFS 1.4.12. No particular problem.
But with X-PLANE V11, these two machines cannot use the plugin JOINFS.
The color of the key SIMULATOR remains orange.
In the file Log.txt of X-PLANE, we have the following message:
E:\X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/JoinFS/64/win.xpl : Error Code = 193 : %1 n’est pas une application Win32 valide.
In English : code 193, %I is not valid Win32 application
We made the following controls:
- Machines are equipped right with:
- .NET Framework 3.5 and more recent.
-Microsoft C++ 64-bit Redistributable 2012 and Microsoft C++ 32-bit Redistributable 2012 +more recent.
- 6112 port is open on all the firewalls (machine + Network)
- All the software were installed and launched in administrator mode.
This problem is very strange, because we have other similar machines which work fine with X-plane.
Does anybody have any other ideas?
Thank you in advance.
John (West of France)
