Possible Ransomware via the Mapsite

A user reported getting hit with ransomware when at the time he was looking at the map. He was alerted via McAfeee, restarted the PC, got the white screen of pay us money and so on.....

After fixing it he went back to the map, got an alert from McAfee but his computer guy told him it was simply a warning. Web site that runs the map hacked maybe??
