0x8007007E error code

I downloaded the latest version of Jointfs. I have installed .NET framework 3.5 and 2servicepack 2. I have windows 10. When opening Jointfs I get the error code 0x8007007E which is a missing .dll file. I have uninstalled Jointfs, also run a number of repairs. I have download the .NET framework repair program however, all efforts have been a failure and I still get this same error code.

It's missing the right version of SimConnect.
