JoinFS doesn't start after re-install

Hi
I installed JoinFS version 1.1.4
It was ok and the functions were ok.
I installed JoinFS version 1.1.5
It was ok and the functions were ok.

Because I wanted to have the stable-version 1.1.4, I de-installaed v 1.1.5
After trying to activate/start v 1.1. 4 , this wasn't possible
I got the error "Parameter not correct"
So I installed v 1.1.5 again
Again the same error

Conclusion.. I can't get JoinFS started anymore
What to do ?

You can install both the stable and the test version at the same time. You don't need to uninstall the other one. You'll get two different desktop icons.

Try going to the control panel and uninstalling both versions of JoinFS if they are listed. And then install it again.

I de-installed everything using the default Windowsway.
I controlled the directory and everything was disappeared.
I also removed the JoisFS-folder in Appdata.
Then I used Revo UninstallerPro and CCleaner to clean the maximum.
After downloaded v 1.1.4 and installing it in default choice I get the parameter-error as mentioned above
So ????

I'm afraid I'm not sure. Have you tried searching on google for that error?

You could try deleting the registry entry as well for "SOFTWARE/Peter Memmott"

I removed everything what can be removed ( incl what you advised) and used the tools als mentioned above.
Still the erro about the missing parameter.

Do you have a virus checker running. I wonder if that is preventing you from running the msi file?

Try downloading again, moving the file to a different folder and then run it as administrator. If that doesn't work then I'm afraid I don't know what will.
