After reading a recent post here about folders and re-starts etc causing visibility issues we've had much greater success with JoinFS. However, there are still a few aircraft / users that routinely fail to display. They all display in the log the SimConnect Exception 31: Specifies that the radius given in the SimConnect_RequestDataOnSimObjectType was outside the acceptable range, or with an invalid request to SimConnect_CreateClientData.
I've attached the log from tonight's two hour flight, along with my models list. Hopefully it will reveal what's happening,

The good news is that I actually fixed that particular error message a couple of days ago. The fix was in version 18. However, as you might have seen on the News forum, I had to pull version 18 because I discovered a serious bug in it tonight, so the website is now back to version 17.
I'll look into the problem tomorrow and hopefully have version 18 back up, which includes the above fix.
