Scan for Models P3D

Post by aeronauta »

Peter, using 1.0.14 and it works well, one thing is that as you know P3D can have aircraft installed and not placed in Simobjects/airplanes or rotorcraft , they would show in C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\simobjects.cfg , this AC are not picked up by the scan , can you add this to your TO DO List?? please , or else make the scan list not be dekleted wgen you do a new scan , I have P3D and FSX , some AC in FSX and some in P3D , If I do a scan inP3D the FSX ones disappear and vice versa.. it would be good also if all stay there , as would make a match more easy to get.

Hi Jorge,

On the scan window in 1.0.14, you can add multiple additional folders at the bottom of the window. Could you not just add your locations there?

Best regards,

I have used the window Peter is writing about and it works perfectly in P3D.
