Peter,
The changelog for the new version of Prepar3d 4.5 stated that...
- Doubled default send update rate frequency in multiplayer.
So does that mean you can double the update frequency in joinFS so other players' aircraft will be smooth when using 34+ FPS in settings?
Just wondering! Thank you!

BlackBox Simulations MRTT
Peter, Wonky and I were messing about last night on our server and noticed that, when I'm flying the BlackBox Simulations MRTT and have the boom and hoses extended, he cannot see them extended. I wonder if this issue is similar to the one that we were experiencing with other people not seeing the Os...

Re: Helicopters fly sideways on recording playback
I haven't attempted to record any helicopters. Try disabling ATC mode in the settings if you have it enabled. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Peter will be continuing to update JoinFS. He even stopped accepting donations some time ago. As for the jittering, lock your frames t...

Peter,
From all of us over the the US Central Steam group and the US Central Airlines virtual airline, many thanks for creating JoinFS. Words cannot describe the positive impact it has made on our multiplayer flight simulation experience.

Re: New Feature Requests
Hello everyone. Considering my server only runs the client and isn't connected to the simulator, can system time be added to the server section of the client that allows anyone in the simulator to copy it? For example, the US Central server's system time is CST, so anyone syncing to it would be -6 G...

Re: Shared Cockpit
I'm looking for a few good fellows to test shared cockpit. I have a LOT of different aircraft from different developers, and it would be great to test them out and see what works and what doesn't. Also, if any of you would like to do carrier ops, or if you're no good at landing on a carrier but woul...

Re: SIMCOM X Voice application
I am interested in this app and getting it set up on the US Central Server. It would be nice to get some people to do dedicated atc. Does it work with the most current version of Teamspeak? Thanks.

Aircraft Banking and No Landing Gear
Hello Peter! A couple days ago, I updated my server and my main computer with the most current version of joinFS. A member of my VA was about to do a flight, so I decided along with him using the same aircraft. I walked him through setting up joinFS, and we both started at KFYV Drake Field in the de...

Re: Engines Die On Model Substitute
It seems scanning the models folder in P3Dv4 did the trick . I suppose I should've done that from the start .

Re: Engines Die On Model Substitute
Now that I think about it, it may have been loading the models from the FSX folder instead of P3D. I've since uninstalled FSX, and I will report back!

Re: Engines Die On Model Substitute
I was using the Carenado Dornier 228 and Wonky was flying the Carenado B1900. I had to substitute the correct aircraft model for his aircraft, which caused my engines to immediately fail.

Engines Die On Model Substitute
I've recently switched over to P3Dv4, and it's been a great experience. I haven't had any issues with joinFS until today. I noticed that, when I substitute another player's aircraft model, my aircraft's engines will immediately die! Fortunately, I am able to restart them with my engine start hotkey....

Re: Whazzup and JoinFS Maps
Unfortunately it's still not working when trying to view it on anything but my LAN. I've set port forwarding to 80 and 443, set to both TCP and UDP to make sure. I've also added those ports in the inbound and outbound of my firewall. I had to do the same thing in order to get the multiplayer to work...

Re: Shared Cockpit v1.2.2
Gentlemen, A friend and I completed a flight in the Carenado PC12 in the Northwest Arkansas area today. 1. We noticed an issue with the master battery switch, generator switches, and inverter switches not syncing properly. 2. When Copilot attempted to start the aircraft, it began an endless start lo...

Re: US Central Events
Gentlemen,
We'll be doing a casual flight tomorrow, May 28th, 2017, 1300 CDT (1800 UST) from Powell River Airport CYPW to Echo Valley Airport CBJ4. Flight distance is 126nm. I recommend flying a single or twin engine turbo prop.
