No it is not immediately, not sure but probably a day or 2.

I also can not see my own hub(that was working for a couple weeks). Reset it, and still can't. Which also makes no global servers available.
I also caught JoinFS using over 50% CPU usage about a week ago or so. using 3.0.8

In case it needs to be referenced in the future, it is running on win server 2016. latest updates.

An idea may be, if other user's aircraft is reporting wheels touching ground, to somehow force the aircraft shown to be touching the ground. Could also make this a check-able item in the settings so it can be turned off if it messes things up while testing.
