In case anyone else is experiencing these kind of connection problems, rmaure06 and I have managed to find a work around.

Uninstall JoinFS from Windows.
Install an older version such as v2.1.3.
Then install the latest version.

Not sure why that fixed it, but it worked.

Which application is actually reporting this error? Is it JoinFS or P3D? If it is JoinFS do you get a call trace displayed in the window?

Hi Roman,

a very belated fix I know, but I've found a way of handling the long hythen in the aircraft names, so this aircraft should now work in v2.2.1.

Well done, Jorge. So you are basically saying that JoinFS does not search into shortcut/link folders. I think I should be able to fix that.

Hi Jorge, have you tried using the additional folders option to add the folders where the aircraft actually reside?

The only reason that it finds model when you tick the add-ons is because those are added automatically and not actually scanned from the file system. There are different versions of SimConnect. But, yes, you can install that one since it works with JoinFS.
