XP12 Support
While joinfs works fine with XP11.55, XP12 logs the following when activating joinfs: 0:00:00.000 JoinFS/XPMP2 INFO XPMPMultiplayer.cpp:154/XPMPMultiplayerInit: XPMP2 2.30 initializing under X-Plane version 12003/Vulkan and XPLM version 400 0:00:00.000 JoinFS/XPMP2 INFO Utilities.cpp:235/UpdateCfgVa...

XPMP2 support
Does the current version of joinFS support XPMP2 (xplane only)? In that case running joinFS on the xplane master PC (given that a sim is using more than one PC to drive the external views) and the XPMP2 remote client on the other xplane is supposed to display all joinFS traffic in a synchronized way...

Re: SIMCOM X Voice application
I already gave the Alpha Version a try. Same behaviour. One way to fix that problem within SImCon would be to add an option where you can specify a format string or something similar to adapt to such regional differences. I successfully tested the suggested workaorund and set the decimal separator t...

Re: SIMCOM X Voice application
Hi Friedhelm. You assumption seems correct. Have you selected the autoswitch in simcom x? Does a squawk show in simcom x? What does the log file say in program files(x86)/simcomx ? I've set Auto Switch to on. The SimCon X logfiles confirms that a successful UIPC connection has been established to x...

Support of CSL packages
joinFS should support the usage of CSLs to display external traffic. Currently, only aircraft installed locally will be displayed correctly; types not installed have to be matched to something "similar". That's one way to deal with the numerous types of aircraft out there. However, a bette...

Re: JoinFS with XP11 and CSLs
The advantage of using CSL "out of the box" is that you dont have to have all aircrafts installed which might show up while flying online. That's why other plugins for external live traffic such as livetraffic or PilotEdge do support CSLs usage. I'm pretty new to joinFS and me too would pr...

Re: SIMCOM X Voice application
I run Xp 11.55 with SimCon X. Both XPMaster and SimCon X are running on the same PC. SimCon X communicates with XP using FSUIPX/XPUIPC. The communication between those two programs is successfully established; the SIm/Voice status buttons are green. If I disable the XPUIPC within XP, the Simn status...

Re: Multi PC Setup
High Peter,
Checking the 'Ignore' option did the trick. Thanks.
I'll buy you a coffee.

Re: Multi PC Setup
Peter, thanks for investigating. I was the only one on the tarmac at this time. However, in the sessions window joinFS showed multiple aircraft joining the session. Those aircraft are just copies of my skyhawk. The problem might be that joinFS on the external views is assuming that it runs on a sepa...

Re: Multi PC Setup
Ok, as I promised I made a short video illustrating the problem I described above.
The YT video can be found at https://youtu.be/wj00PJgNnos.
Maybe Peter can have a look on this.
I really want to use joinfFS in the future, but it must be made sure that the views on my sim are not affected.

Re: Multi PC Setup
I'll check again the various options joinFS provides. I'm new to that stuff. If I can't manage to get the problem solved, I'll start a recording via OBS and post it on YT. That way you're able to see what happens.

Re: Multi PC Setup
I just installed joinFS on all 4 PCs and created a session. Joining that session from the PCs running the external views forced a change in the cockpit view. That is not something I expected nor is it of any use to me. My assumption was/is that joinFS is showiung me any airplanes/traffic; e.g. updat...

Multi PC Setup
New to joinFS and this forum. I run a xplane based sim made of 4 PCs: 1 running the XP master and 3 others driving 3 external visuals. Does joinFS support such a multi pc setup, e.g. joinFS running on the master pc, but broadcasting any traffic to the other PCs to joinFS running as a "client&qu...
