My Partner can't see me

This is my 1st post here.About 2 pages back there's a post called "cant see me" We tried to solve it from that post but no luck. From my end both of us are in the green but for him i'm in the red ,i even disabled Defender. played with it and followed instructions but after 1/2 hour gave up , and maybe some one here can shine some light on what is wrong . We were using an other program but it had a a 9 sec lag and were told to try this FSJon .. Thanks Louis CYYC

In my experience most issues like this are solved by simply forwarding the correct port.
