Hi,
We (my friend and I) have been using Join FS for over 2 years. Now we can't seem to get it going again. The following is happening:
The person who Creates a session has the Simulator Box AND the Network Box in GREEN. The person who joins has the Simulator Box GREEN and the Network Box YELLOW. We can't seem to connect.
Is there anything I should check?
I certainly would appreciate any help we could get

To me that sounds like the person who has created the session does not have the correct port open.
What happens if the other person creates the session?

Always, the person who creates the session has 2 GREEN boxes (network and simulator). The person who joins the session has simulator GREEN and network YELLOW - this goes for myself or my friend.
I will check the global box later

Should be a new test version 1.4.30 tomorrow I hope. I've rewritten some of the routing code. Needed doing...

You can add us to this.
We tried every stable and test versions from 1.4.20 onwards.
Our Web Server is hosting the session, and has port 6112 open in windows and on the router.
ALL our team has 6112 open and passed through.
Two of our members are running XP1130, the rest FSX SE.
Yesterday, our normal session, we tried everything to get 6 FSXSE users and 1 XP11 user to have mutual visibility.
We ended up on Test V 1.4.29 and all the FSX users could see each other, 5 of whom could see the XP user.
The XP user could see ALL the FSXSE users..
to achieve even this, we all had to select the Global option.
On comparing notes and settings for JFS, we were all the same.
Comparing Windows settings, ports, routers etc, ditto.
I dont think I have left anything out, but if you want any more info, just ask.
I see that some people have included a text file with their queries, would that help you?
Talk about tearing cranial foliage out, If I could get a grip on the wisps that are left, rest assured, their days would be numbered in seconds!!!

How/where did you get Test version 1.4.29? The website only shows up to 1.4.25.
