Using JoinFS on a home network

Hello.

If I have JoinFS running on a separate computer and my computer is on the same network, can I connect JoinFS "that's on another PC" to my Flight sim that's on my flight PC?

I believe it should work. For X-Plane you can specify the other machine's IP address in the JoinFS settings. For P3D/FSX you'll need to look at how to connect SimConnect remotely. I think you need a custom simconnect.xml file or something like that. Google might help. Hopefully someone else has done this, anyone?
