Flying with two other pilots. They can see me but I cannot see them. View Aircraft shows the other two distance in RED. View Users they show connected in Green. Why can't I see them? And why would their distance show as RED and not green?

Red means that JoinFS failed to inject the aircraft into the simulator. If you open the View|Monitor window and press the refresh button it may show some details if why it failed. Have you performed a scan of your simulator Aircraft first? Can be done from File|Scan For Models.
