Peter the latest TEST msi do not have the version number in the file name ... it was good to have it as you can have a fallback if required..

I will still upload the version named one as well. Just use the format http://pmem.uk/joinfs/JoinFS-TEST-1.0.14.msi, for example.
The reason I now use a permanent file name is because I noticed that MS browsers can actually tell how many people have downloaded a file using the link and if it's a common downloaded file it stops giving those warnings about downloading it. This may also be the case with virus checkers. So by keeping the same name, hopefully it may become more trusted over time.
