Windows 10 exe does not work

I downloaded the msi file and installed the app.
However, when I double-click on the icon, nothing happens.

It does work on Windows 10. I think there has been a similar report on this a couple of months ago.

Which version of JoinFS did you install?
Is your Windows 10 fully up to date?
Can you check if you have .Net Framework 4.7 available?
Can you check the Windows Event Viewer tool and see if there are any error messages in there?
