Weapons Levitate to 150,000 ft

Hi Peter

I'm with USNVA ... super organization. Now for my problem...

When I'm not running/connected to JoinFS, all by Superbug/Tacpack weapons work super.

When I run/connect to JoinFS, and I shoot a missile (for example... happens with HARM too) it comes off the rail, goes out about 100 ft, then levitates to 150,000 ft. Check out the screenshot. The exhaust goes vertical. And the inset view is of the missile sitting up there at 150,000 ft, but it drops down to 100,000 ft then pops back up to 150,000 ft, and will cycle like that.

Below is also my JoinFS settings and JoinFS panel when running.

I'm running JoinFS 1.4.3, P3Dv4.1, Superbug and TacPack version 1.5.0.2.

Thoughts? It's probably something obvious I'm not doing at my end, so my apologies in advance for any 'duh' moment. :D

Hi Keith,

The only thing that might cause that is if you have enabled ignore on that particular object. If you open at the aircraft list and tick the box in the bottom right of the window, 'List Ignored Aircraft'. Then fire the missile and click the Refresh button on the aircraft list, it should show the missile objects. If you select it you'll be able to see if you have ignored in the options at the bottom part of the window.

Hi Peter

You were absolutely correct about the problem! I found the missile in the aircraft list, and indeed the status was 'ignore'. Many thanks.

But how do I 'uncheck' the ignore box? It won't let me. :oops:

I've even uninstalled JoinFS and reinstalled, and the check box persists for the missile.

That looks like a bug, you should be able to un-ignore it. Should be fixed in the next version.

Hi Peter

I uninstalled, including app data in my user folder, and then reinstalled.

All is good at my end now, but I'm not sure if it fixes the bug of an uncooperative check box.
