so I read p3D and fsx require 35fps max to prevent jitter/lag...
what about Xplane?
I recorded and get extreme lag/jitter/backward-forward shooting planes.
thanks.
any tips for recorder lag/jitter in xp
Re: any tips for recorder lag/jitter in xp
X-Plane should be very smooth. What do you observe connecting to other clients. Is that smooth?

no, jittery too
Re: any tips for recorder lag/jitter in xp
I never had a smooth connection, but was surprized to see the lag in my own recording on my pc without connecting to anyone.
Re: any tips for recorder lag/jitter in xp
should I use 3jfps to stabilize?

Nothing wrong with that machine spec. What sort of frame rate do you normally get flying?
Also check the Xplane Log.txt file and the JoinFS monitor window to see if there are errors in the output.

normaly I'm around 20-30 fps
I'll check the logs
thanks
I believe it might eventually have to do with the xplane framerate itself. that F16 takes a few fps
anyway, thank you very much for helping
