Version Issues

Post by Seatime »

Our 91st Bombardment Group uses FSX, P3Dv5 and P3Dv5 and we fly daily with 5 to 10 in the group.

When we have been connecting with V1.4.34 since it came out and we are all able to see each other with no issues.

When using 1.5.7 or the 1.5.8 Test versions, one of us can see some of us but most cannot see any of the others. We simply see each others in the red.
We have been tying to trouble shoot this since the issue of the 1.5 series came out to no avail.

Is there something we are overlooking or misunderstanding?

Cheers, Seatime,

Hi Seatime,

I assume that you don't have any issues connecting to each other in the session, in other words you can see each other in the Session/User view?

Are any of you using Flight Simulator 2020?

Have you tried scanning for models again?

For a particular aircraft that appears in red, what is the Original Model and Sub Model in the aircraft view?

Can you see anything relevant in the Monitor view, like an error message?

Yes Peter, we can see each other in the Session/User View but the entries are in red and no aircraft is visible in the sim.

None of us are using 2020

we have all tried re-scanning for models

as for the aircraft that are in red,
'I have posted a link to the Monitor Log from this morning below.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YBM78e ... sp=sharing

We were all flying B-17's from A2A. the FSX guy is using the Accusim in FSX and the rest of us are using the WOP2 non-accusim in P3Dv4 and or P3Dv5

It all works perfectly in 1.4.34

Thanks,
Seatime
