I created this post only to thank you, Peter. Outstanding tool and outstanding support from you. I learned about the JoinFS yesterday and today I finally played in shared cockpit with my friend, after days of trying by other means.

I'm looking forward to the ability to hand the controls with a shortcut, but this is a minor thing.

Thanks Vitor, that's very kind of you.

I'm looking at changing the way the shared cockpit controls work so that both pilots (or more) can adjust the panel controls at any time and with the changes synchronized immediately. Then it will only be the flight controls that need to be handed over during flight, which can currently be done with CTRL+H.
