NO hubs

JoinFS 1.4.34,the hubs list is empty.
I tried closed the denfender,using VPN, but still no hub.
One of my friend had meet this issue.
Please give me some advice,thank you !

Is this issue no solution?
Or use the lower version?

I read manul and some posts, all of them are solute "others can not see me." issuse.
But my issuse is " I can not see hubs and others".
I think this issuse most caused by my network.But I am not the network expert,so hope some people give me some advices even some guesses.

Yesterday，I use IP to link with my friend , everything is Ok.
