JoinFS Txt File

I was reviewing the details regarding the txt files in the variable section of JoinFS and I find it a bit confusing, a link is given regarding the datarefs ( https://developer.x-plane.com/datarefs/ ) in X-plane 11 and there's a bunch of them does anyone know by any chance which ones are necessary to add in order to have a good shared cockpit experience?
