When my friends fly the flybywire a320 neo I see them in red in the window: airplanes. In the session window, they are green. I installed the A320NX myself. How to fix?

Did you do a scan for models? From the menu, 'File|Scan For Models', and make sure you select the installed packages folder and also add any other additional folders if you have installed the A320 somewhere else.

You can also check the model matching window to see if that model is now listed.

Could you confirm that that particular A320 neo model has an aircraft.cfg file in the folder?

At 'scan for model' I have now entered this: 'C:\Users\myname\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Official\OneStore'. I found 152 planes. This is much more than before.
Second step: I entered this in Additional Folders: 'C:\Users\myname\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community'
I found 2395 models.
