Low Oil Pressure

Just hopped into a Boeing 737-800 (stock FSX - both host and me). 'Low Oil Pressure' lights are flashing on and off - about a one second per flash cycle. Oil pressure readout scrolls up and down from ~ 31 down to zero and back up again.
I also noted that when I joined a Lear 35 (payware) with the identical payware aircraft that one engine's oil pressure light was on and the gauge read zero. The other engine's oil pressure was in the normal operating range. Dismissed this as a payware code thing but it seems this should not be the case for stock FSX aircraft.
