3.2.7 Server Version - Whazzup & Settings

I tried the new server version today.
It failed to use the settings from previous installs unlike the previous versions.
As such the normal Hub ID changed and I had to manually add the details.
It failed to populate the whazzup.txt file when a client connected.
I closed it and then used the updated FSX version 3.2.7 and all is working again.
