Not sync with shared cockpit

Hi am trying to do a flight with another person in X-Plane but when we do shared cockpit it says we’re in but it not really in am still in my plane and on the left seat if anybody can help that would be great

Which aircraft are trying? Before doing shared cockpit can you both see each other in the JoinFS aircraft window?

Am using zibo mod and the other person is using level 737 and yes we can see each other
