MP-traffic lost when airborne

I friend of mine can see me when I´m on the ground, but my aircraft (and all other particpating MP-aircraft) disappears on his sim when I get airborne. Any idea what´s causing this?

Both on FSX, and JoinFS-version 2.2.1
