Connection Being Dropped

Hi
We are using joinFS for a fee months already and it works just fine, however just recently when one of my froends relocated, seems that we are unable to see his aircraft.
nothing is changed from all his joinFS settings still we are unable to see him and him unable to see us. Well we can for a couple of seconds then his connection disappears. on the users tab under connected it say no, but everything is green. we can see his name on the list.
we tried to reconfigure and him being the hub host and we joined in, we can all join aside from him, we can see his name on the list for a couple of seconds then he disappears, we can see him on the tarmac for a couple of seconds tgen he disappears.
its strange that the rest of us can connect and see other with his hub but we cannot see him.
is there onyone who can help? thanks in advance!
