Before I install the latest JoinFS I removed the old one.
When I install the new one I receive this messages

The configuration data for this product has been corrupted Contact support personnel

How can I repair this?

Sounds like a Windows thing. You should be ok to install the latest JoinFS without removing the old one first.

Does it still appear in the Control Panel Uninstall Programs list?

It involves some registry change, so be very careful.
