Air Drop and Target Control program

Hi. I've been using the Air Drop and Target Control (ATC) from Robert Graham recently in P3D and when others are connected to me through JoinFS they cannot see the items I have dropped such as smoke markers, supply pallets etc.
Does anyone have any advice to get this working so that all items are visible and broadcasted? I have all necessary options set to broadcast as far as I can tell, and the items are installed within the Misc folder of Sim Objects for FSX & P3D.
