Hello! I am very new here and I am just waiting for my friend.

So how does the shared cockpit work? Do I just Put his ####### ##### In and press join?

And if so Is there any problems with the program since it is Free? Because I hear get what you pay for, Hehe.

Thank you!

Hi, thanks for trying it out.

It's very easy to get connected. If you get your friend to click Create, that will create a session. Then just enter his ##### ##### number and click join. If the Network button doesn't turn green then your friend will likely need to configure his router to 'port forward' port 6112 to his PC. Please check the manual, https://pmem.uk/joinfs/manual.html,for further details.

Another method of connecting together is for both of you to join an existing session. Open the Hubs view, hit Refresh and both join the same session.

Once you're connected you can then share a cockpit using the permissions in the User view and enter the cockpit in the Aircraft view.

Yes, JoinFS is free. It's the closest thing in life you'll get to a free lunch. 8-)

Hope that helps,
Peter
